A 72-unit apartment complex is to be constructed along a drainage channel north of Southern Avenue and west of Meridian Road in southeast Mesa.
The planned look and landscaping for the Meridian Gardens multiple-residence development on 5 acres were discussed Dec. 12 by the Mesa Design Review Board. No formal action was taken by the board.
A rezoning and site plan was discussed in October by the planning and zoning board and an ordinance was approved by the city council Nov. 20 for the development, Staff Planner Sean Pesek said during the design review board meeting.
