Andrew Turk, chair of Rose Law Group’s litigation department, was a featured speaker at “Beyond Good Intentions: Best Practices in Advance Family Court Matters,” the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Court’s annual conference held last weekend in Sedona.
About the AFCC: The nonprofit organization is the premier interdisciplinary and international association of professionals dedicated to the resolution of family conflict with a membership composed of lawyers, behavioral health professionals, teachers, and policy makers.
Quick conference recap: Andrew was a member of a panel that spoke about insurance coverage and other ways in which members can protect themselves from legal claims, board complaints, and harassment. Additionally, he was a featured speaker in a breakout session where he presented on “Ethics Essentials for Mediators.”
