Paradise Valley Town Council has approved the project on North Quail Run Road for two preliminary plats of four-lot subdivisions.

Gordon Berry with TUNA Group from Scottsdale will develop eight luxury homes on one-acre lots, a new public road and improvement of North Quail Run Road.

Town Council approved the Quail Run project 6-0, and Council Member Christine Labelle was absent.

The approval comes after several months of conversations, negotiations and plan adjustments that flipped the Planning Commission’s support, as well as adjacent residential neighbors who originally opposed the project.
