Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo shared his vision for the city during his 2024 State of the City address.
Pizzillo opened the event by highlighting the importance of teamwork and how it has aided the city of Goodyear.
“I am always quick to point out that nothing gets done in a vacuum. The success of the city in our region is due to partnerships and teamwork,” Pizzillo said.
“We can do far more together than with us going alone. I truly believe that. We have a great internal team at the city, and although I am mayor, your council is right out here in the public eye and works in the city to accomplish all with the staff.”
