The Flats at Jasper, a new premiere private gated home rental community, officially opened at 4901 North Jasper Parkway, Prescott Valley.
The 26-acre gated community features 240 maintenance-free residences in both single family detached homes and duplex configurations, each with a private patio, backyard and carport. A second parking spot is also included with every residence. The Flats at Jasper offers four spacious floor plans that include high-end finishes, ample storage and abundant natural light. The 11-foot high ceilings add airiness to each residence. Floor plans include one bedroom with bath, one bedroom with bath and den, and two bedrooms with two baths, and range in size between 760 SF to 1039 SF. Monthly twelve-month rental fees are currently between $1,824 to $2,858.
