COOLIDGE — The Planning and Zoning Commission approved site plans for two developments, paving the way for more residential possibilities within Coolidge.
The first is a 60-acre site plan for an apartment complex of 328 two- and three-bedroom units on Skousen Road.
The project returned to the commission after concerns over fencing to keep wild animals and the like outside of the proposed community. Iron fencing connecting between posts and the buildings themselves have now been added to the plan.
