Construction begins on active adult community in Surprise

Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of real estate, including rental housing, logistics and life sciences, announced today that it has closed on the land and initiated construction for Album Surprise, Greystar’s latest Valley 55+ Active Adult apartment home community at 16431 N. Parkview Place, Surprise.
