Breaking News: Arizona Governor’s Regulatory Review Council passes ADAWS rules allowing Pinal County and much of the west valley to develop!

The Governor’s Regulatory Review Council today approved the Alternative path to Designation of Assured Water Supply (ADAWS), new rules that are designed to reduce existing groundwater demands, thereby allowing development in Pinal County and much of the surrounding area.
