Wespac’s scope of work for this project spans 32 acres and includes comprehensive grading, earthwork, utility installation, concrete paving, landscaping, and site fencing. The infrastructure package also incorporates off-site roadway improvements, such as adding half-street extensions along US Route 66 and Woody Mountain Road, enhanced pedestrian access, and sidewalk extensions to integrate the development seamlessly with its surroundings.
