Creation Equity put forward its latest industrial project plans for an underdeveloped lot in Scottsdale
The Phoenix real estate development company hopes to receive approval from the Scottsdale Planning Commission at its Feb. 20 meeting, pushing those plans closer to fruition.
Creation Equity plans to construct an office and four industrial buildings along with internal loading bays on approximately 267,051 square feet of total building area, according to a Scottsdale Development Review Board report. The parcel sits adjacent to East Princess Drive and Freeway 101 Loop intersect in Scottsdale.
Additionally, Creation’s plans include a design to manage the significant drainage flows from the culverts constructed under the Loop 101 freeway.
