Progression in DT Glendale reinvestment project

The Glendale City Council received an update on the Glendale Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project during its workshop session on Feb. 25. In its construction phase, spring 2026 is the anticipated completion date. 

Glendale city staff provided its 30th update regarding the project at the Feb. 25 city council meeting, detailing both the development of the construction itself and the city’s approach to energy conservation.

The facilities receiving renovation and investment improvements are Glendale’s City Hall and its parking garage, the council chambers, the E. Lowell Rogers amphitheater and Murphy Park area. First constructed in 1984, Glendale City Hall was in significant need of repairs and updates.
