Ground-up apartments nearly done in West Valley

Chicago-based 29th Street Development and Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group have collaborated develop Origin Apartments, a 408-unit apartment community in Goodyear.

With total development costs of $113 million, the project now wrapping up construction represents the first ground-up development in the Phoenix metro and third overall for 29th Street, said John Kitson, executive vice president of development for 29th Street Development.
