Dominium, a Minnesota-based affordable housing developer, has acquired more West Valley land for a new housing community.
The developer spent $8.9 million for the land at 1485 S. Apache Rd in Buckeye. The 17.5-acre parcel will be the site of Sidney Village — 200 townhome-style homes that are income- and rent-restricted to households earning at or below Buckeye’s area median income, which is planned to be maintained in exchange for tax credits.
