Irgens, a national developer specializing in healthcare, commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate, broke ground on Cielo Vista Medical Commons, a new, two-phased medical office building development located at 26425 North Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria, Arizona. The project will deliver up to ±80,000 rentable square feet across two buildings on a 6.6-acre site. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sheila Bale and Erika Eckblad are marketing the property for lease.

Phase I of the development includes the Lake Building, a single-story, 30,178 rentable square foot, multi-tenant medical office building with adjacent parking and site infrastructure. Completion is anticipated for June 2026. Future Phase II will feature the Summit Building, a two-story, ±50,000 rentable square foot multi-tenant office building equipped with a gurney-sized elevator and additional parking. Both buildings will showcase brick masonry facades, flexible floorplates, and state-of-the-art HVAC systems, delivered in shell condition.
