Constellation Real Estate Partners, an investor and developer of logistics properties, announced that it expanded into metro Phoenix by opening an office in Scottsdale located at 15169 N. Scottsdale Road. Since founding in 2021, Constellation Real Estate Partners has built a pipeline of 24 projects, totaling 12 million square feet across key Sunbelt logistics markets.
Sven Tustin, a 20-year commercial real estate Phoenix/Southwest veteran, has joined Constellation Real Estate Partners as Partner to oversee the Southwest Region. Tustin will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land for industrial development in metro Phoenix, overseeing the development process for each property and property operations
