Land Advisors Organization’s Pinal County Specialists Kirk P. McCarville, CCIM, and Trey Davis completed the sale of 40 acres of land in Casa Grande, Arizona, for $9,226,418. The buyer, Sunlit Arizona (Sunlit), acquired the site from Auza Ranches LLC.

The property will be developed for hydrofluoric acid manufacturing to support Arizona’s expanding semiconductor supply chain. Sunlit currently operates a facility in Metro Phoenix’s Deer Valley area, and selected Casa Grande as its next location based on the market’s industrial fundamentals, rail access, land cost, and cost of living for its future employees.

Land Advisors Organization represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction, which was completed in late December 2025.
