Rockefeller Group today announced Corsica Villas at Laveen, a 213-unit build-to-rent residential community under construction in the Laveen neighborhood of Phoenix. Located at the base of South Mountain, the project broke ground in October 2025.

Corsica Villas at Laveen will feature a collection of standalone duplexes and townhomes in an area of Phoenix where demand continues to grow for flexible rental housing options. Each unit is designed with private backyards and without any residences above or below. Homes are intended to offer greater personal space and separation, with individual entrances, outdoor areas, and layouts designed to support day-to-day living with more convenience and privacy.

Planned community amenities include a central clubhouse with shared amenity spaces, a resort-style pool, and a dedicated dog park. Select residences will offer dog doors to provide additional convenience for pet owners. All homes will feature high-end finishes, fixtures, and materials.
