City staff will ask the Peoria council to approve the purchase of two land parcels and refinance another at their next public meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Two of them are small parcels in downtown Peoria that the city hopes to use for programming and/or potential development opportunities. One parcel is 7,000 square feet appraised at $161,000, and the other is 6,749 square feet appraised at $159,000. Both are on Washington Street.
Additionally, city staff wants to refinance its purchase of Peoria Innovation Core 2.
