Residents will have several opportunities this spring to learn about and provide input on the Town of San Tan Valley’s first municipal zoning ordinance.
Town officials are hosting a series of three public meetings where residents, property owners, and community stakeholders can hear about the zoning process and share their perspectives as the framework for the new ordinance is developed.
The meetings will provide an overview of zoning concepts currently being considered and allow attendees to ask questions and provide public comment.
