BTR community debuts in STV

By InBusiness

NexMetro Communities, a national leader of cottage-style build-to-rent (BTR) home neighborhoods, is opening Avilla Bella Camino, a new 229-home luxury rental community on 22 acres in San Tan Valley. The community is currently pre-leasing and will open to the public later this quarter.

Located near the intersection of Gantzel Road and Bella Vista Road, the gated community features a collection of single-level, mostly detached homes with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 690 to 1,265 square feet. Avilla homes feature front porches and private backyards, high 10-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer and dryer, Smart Home Technology, and wood-plank-style flooring.

The continued growth of the Southeast Valley, along with rising home prices and evolving lifestyle preferences, is driving demand for housing options that offer more space and privacy than traditional apartments.

“For a growing number of residents, renting is not a compromise; it is a strategic lifestyle choice that offers flexibility, convenience, and access to a high-quality home environment without the burdens of ownership,” said Jacque Petroulakis, chief communications officer at NexMetro. “Avilla Bella Camino delivers the space and privacy of a home with the simplicity and reliability of a professionally managed community.”
