Effectively immediately, Lennar has named Jim Parker as chief operating officer and David Grove as executive vice president, home building, of the No. 2 builder on the Builder 100 list.
Each with 30 years of home building industry experience, Parker and Grove most recently served as area presidents, leading Lennar’s East and West operations, respectively. In their new roles, they will continue to report to Stuart Miller, executive chairman, CEO, and president of Lennar.
Miller says, “Jim and David are tenured, proven Lennar leaders who are energized by the opportunity ahead. They have consistently delivered strong results for our teams and our business.
