Work is starting on a medical office development at the southeast corner of Ocotillo Road and 226th Street in Queen Creek.
The $20.1 million project, developed by A.T. Craft of Mesa, is called The Collective on Ocotillo and will feature a new Class A medical office condominium development.
The Collective on Ocotillo will provide health care professionals and medical users with the opportunity to purchase or lease medical office space. Construction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2027.
Kidder Mathews is serving as the exclusive listing broker for the project.
“Demand has been strong. We were aware of a handful of users looking around before launching the marketing campaign. Once we launched, we saw a notable increase in activity and uncovered more interest from owner/users and tenants in the market,” Perry Gabuzzi of Kidder Mathews stated in a press release.
