The building that houses Chandler’s Innovations Incubator is up for sale, but city officials said that a change in ownership would not impact the program.
Chandler rents about half of the 129,000-square-foot San Tan Tech Center, 145 S. 79th St., for its technology incubator.
The building was recently listed for sale on the CBRE Marketplace. CBRE declined to comment on the sale or say when the property was listed.
Chandler’s lease gives the city the “right of first refusal,” allowing it to purchase the building by matching an offer by a third-party buyer.
