Rio Rico Properties this week sold $5.47 million of vacant land to a seller based in Mesa, but few details other than the official recording of the documents were available on Wednesday.
The four companies that purchased the property, which appears to be on the east and northeast side of Rio Rico, all have the same “domestic address” in Paradise Valley and the same mailing address in Mesa, according to documents on file with the Arizona Corporation Commission.
