K. Hovnanian scoops up another North Peoria deal

According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), K. Hovnanian Homes closed on 9 estate sized lots in North Peoria on November 1, 2013. The lots are located in the Hunter Field Estates Subdivision which was originally planned to be a custom home subdivision. Thirteen of the lots have already been sold to individual owners.

Hunter Field Estates is located just north of the NEC of 85th Ave & Deer Valley Rd. The lots have a typical dimension of 102’x202’ (click here to view the plat map). K. Hovnanian paid $1,350,000 for the finished lots ($150,000 per lot / $1,471 per front foot).
