Rose Law Group client, Phoenix Country Day School, received approval for new state-of-the-art pool and tennis courts

Last night in a unanimous vote, Rose Law Group client, Phoenix County Day School, gained approval from Paradise Valley to build a new state-of-the-art competitive swimming pool and four new tennis courts. Phoenix County Day School will have the most modern swim facility in the Valley. Construction will begin within weeks and the facility will be operational by the second quarter of 2014!  Pictured below are Andy Rodin, Headmaster of school, Jordan Rose, the land use attorney for Phoenix County Day School, and some Phoenix County Day School students who came to the hearing in support and were given a lesson in how government functions at its best.
