Yuma County administrator’s financial forecast: ‘mostly sunny’

Administrator Robert Pickels upgraded Yuma County’s financial forecast from partly cloudy to mostly sunny.

They both involve a few clouds, so what is the difference?

With “mostly sunny,” there are no rains or thunderstorms on the horizon, explained Pickels.

Financially speaking, that means Pickels foresees a mostly positive future. He used his powers of prediction, with the help of many expert sources, to form his projections for fiscal year 2014-2015 .
