Mattamy Homes closes on additional lots in Verrado

Accoverradording to public record (click here to view affidavit), Mattamy Homes closed on 44 – 45’ x 120’ P&E lots in Verrado on March 3, 2014 for $1,504,800 ($34,200 per lot / $760 per front foot).  Mattamy also took out a deed of trust with DMB securing the lot completion for $1,003,200 (click to view deed of trust here).  The combined finished lot purchase price was $2,508,000 ($57,000 per lot / $1,267 per front foot).  The deal also includes deferred consideration to be paid on each retail home closing (click to view here). On Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s February 2014 drive-by, Verrado’s next phase was nearing completion. The preliminary plat was approved on May 7, 2013 at the Buckeye Town Council Meeting.

Currently Meritage Homes, Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, Lennar Homes, Maracay Homes, Frank Residential, and K Hovnanian are actively building in the existing finished parcels of Verrado.
