Former Realty Executives president wins $2.2 million judgment against current head

Realty Executives Phoenix’s former President John Foltz won a $2.2 million judgment late last week in a defamation lawsuit against the firm’s current president and his wife, Rich and Robyn Rector. The lawsuit, filed in April 2012, stems from when Foltz tried to get a job at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2011, about a year after Realty Executives fired him based on allegations of mismanagement, embezzlement and other misconduct.
