In a move that chips away at this year’s $350M state highway construction shortfall, the Arizona State Transportation Board added nine projects worth $273M to the already okayed $5.2B pledged for preservation, enhancements and modernization of the state highway network (AZBEX, Mar. 11). AZBEX will list the major projects on the boards in its annual Capital Projects Issue in early August.
