Pinal supervisors says county attorney’s playing money ‘game’

Three members of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors Wednesday openly questioned the tactics used by County Attorney Lando Voyles to reallocate funds within his office.

The conversations occurred after Dwight Fujimoto, chief of staff for the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, requested a significant increase in salaries for two capital attorney positions the office is trying to fill.

The board continued discussion of the item until its Dec. 17 meeting to get more information from the Attorney’s Office.
