A half dozen Phoenix area apartment and condominium complexes have recently been sold for more than $108 million.
- The Bascom Group LLC and Oaktree Capital Management have bought the 408-unit Indigo Creek Apartments in Glendale for $40.5 million. The complex is off of 51st Avenue near Thunderbird Road. Steve Gebing and Cliff David from Marcus & Millichap and Brian Eisendrath, Brandon Smith, and Annie Rice of CBRE facilitated the sale. CFS Indigo Creek LLC was the seller, according to filings with the Maricopa Recorder’s Office.
