$5M+ Deal – Commercial property in Queen Creek goes for just under $6M

Below is the deal that closed Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$5.97 million sale of the Queen Creek Village Center, a commercial property north of Ocotillo Road on Ellsworth Road (21803 S. Ellsworth Road) in Queen Creek by 21803 S. Ellsworth LLC, an entity of Woodcrest Capital LLC, a real estate, finance, oil and gas, and investment firm based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

The buyer was PV Dysart LLC, an entity of PacVentures, a San Diego-based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development of industrial, retail, and office properties in the Southwest.

The buyer paid cash for the center, built in 2006, consisting of five parcels, which include a funeral home, seafood restaurant and Papa John’s pizza.
