The Arizona Republic

As a former federal and Arizona law-enforcement attorney and registered Republican, I support the re-election of Jim Walsh as Pinal County attorney.

I have known and respected Mr. Walsh since the 1980s, when he served as a member of the Arizona Air Pollution Control Hearing Board. In exercising prosecutorial discretion as a former Arizona assistant attorney general and Pinal County attorney, Mr. Walsh has a track record of independent judgment and impartiality, and he will provide excellent representation to the people of Pinal County and their government, if re-elected.

I recommend that Democratic, Republican and independent voters re-elect Mr. Walsh as Pinal County attorney.
