California group buys West Valley center for $40M

Watson Property has acquired the Sundance Towne Center from a real estate subsidiary of Vestar. The 600,000-square-foot property is located in Buckeye.

Watson is affiliated with Chino-based Chung Hsien Management Inc., an investor from Taiwan.

Tenants include PetSmart, Walmart, Lowe’s, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Cracker Barrel and Panda Express.

Vestar also owns and runs Desert Ridge Marketplace, Tempe Marketplace as well as other centers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada and Texas.
