Sun City legislator files papers to run for ACC

Rick Gray, who has represented Sun City in the Arizona Legislature for almost five years, will seek a seat on the state’s utility regulations panel, forgoing a bid for a fourth consecutive term in the House of Representatives.

Gray filed committee paperwork in August with the Secretary of State’s Office to formally become a candidate in 2016 for the Arizona Corporation Commission.
