Construction began last week for a new $119.6M freshman engineering residence college on Arizona State University’s main campus in Tempe.

Under a public-private partnership agreement, American Campus Communities is building the 457KSF Ira A Fulton Schools of Engineering Residence College on the site of the former Palo Verde Main dormitory at 500 E. University.
