• The project’s residential density was further cut, and is now 63 percent lower than when the plan was originally filed.
• Ritz-Carlton and Five Star Development, the owner of the property, signed the final operating agreement on Monday for the Ritz-Carlton resort, ensuring the hotel will indeed be a Ritz-Carlton moving forward.
AND THE BIGGEST NEWS — the Paradise Town Council voted Monday night to APPROVE the special use permit for the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley! It’s the biggest step to date to making this exciting proposal a reality.
Monday’s vote approves the land uses for the property. The Town Council voted to schedule a final vote on the project’s development agreement in January.
