Transparency: It’s an idea for city government that Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny alluded to during the annual Sate of the City Address, which took place on Feb. 18 at the Chandler City Council Chambers.
Tibshraeny explained that Chandler’s idea of a transparent government consists of community members being more involved with city development from budget proposals to redevelopment.
This hands-on approach allows Chandler resident to keep up to date on what’s occurring around the city, and assist city officials to be aware of what’s needed.
