After three months and countless hours of labor, Selby planned to sell the house for a profit. Although he’s had a flood of interest since listing the house for sale in January, Selby has yet to find a buyer.
The tiny house continues to sit in the gated back yard of his north Phoenix home.
“They don’t see the value,” said Selby, who has received numerous offers for less than half of his asking price.
For tiny house buyers in Phoenix, price is the least of their worries.
