Pennsylvania developer to build spec industrial buildings in Phoenix

A Pennsylvania-based developer will break ground next week on the first of two industrial-flex space buildings in the West Valley totaling a combined 500,000 square feet.

Liberty Property Trust is developing the Liberty Logistics Center II, a new 73-acre industrial park at 71st Avenue and Buckeye Road in Phoenix. The first two buildings will go up this summer. The first, a 223,000-square-foot building, breaks ground next week, and plans are ready for the second, which will be 280,000 square feet.
