New ADOT plan requires only part of store’s property

Tena Dugan, a longtime Maricopa resident and owner of a NAPA Auto Parts store since 2001, understands as much as anyone the need for the State Route 347 overpass project.
She’s for it. She wants it. She knows it will have a positive effect on the region and help alleviate traffic jams on John Wayne Parkway and the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway intersection as well as allowing drivers to avoid the Union Pacific Railroad, which is the key cog in the congestion.
