If you’re a Gilbert resident voting in the Aug. 30 election (please say you’re voting), you’ve probably seen two questions on the ballot asking to approve land sales.

And if you’re wondering what the heck that entails, well, it’s a sordid deal with an unsatisfying outcome. But both questions deserve a “yes” vote.

Let me explain.
