Developers DMB Associates and The New Home Company have submitted a request to the City of Scottsdale to develop the last property within the DC Ranch Town Center.

Known as Sterling at Silverleaf, the project will be a 72-unit condominium community on 5.88 acres located at Legacy Boulevard and Thompson Peak Parkway. The two companies are in escrow to purchase the property from current owner Sterling Collection, LLC. DMB had owned the property previously and served as the developer of both DC Ranch and the existing Silverleaf properties.
