Prominent Arizona real estate developer Michael Pollack sold a retail center in Phoenix for $1.8 million.

The Cave Creek Grandview Plaza totals 16,000 square feet. A real estate entity managed by Pollack sold the center to Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health, a community health group with five centers in the Phoenix area.
