Five Star Development, owner and masterplan developer of the under-construction Ritz-Carlton hotel and residences in Paradise Valley, hosted a site dedication today with special guest Herve Humler, chairman emeritus of The Ritz-Carlton, and other hotel executives to reveal a closer look inside the future resort community.
At the private, on-site event for Valley dignitaries, Realtors, stakeholders and future homeowners, Five Star president, Jerry Ayoub, unveiled images of the resort’s common areas, rooms and suites as well as Estate Homes, the 39 multimillion-dollar residences that will be available for purchase this spring.
