Louis Andersen just took the helm as Pinal County Manager after serving as the county’s public works director. Andersen has hit the ground running with his new job in the growing area. He documented a sampling of his busy schedule for us including an extremely early start to his day and lots of love for his dogs.
Monday:
3:00-4:00 p.m.: Met with Queen Creek Manager John Kross, drove to the house let out the four dogs.
5:30-6:30 p.m. Met with two of the 450,000 customers regarding flooding in AJ.
Home at 7 p.m. let the dogs out and fed them also had a piece of chicken.
Cleared out most emails and responded to a few
watched one episode of Yankee 8 p.m.
Woke up at 12 a.m. let out dogs.
Tuesday
2:22 a.m.: Awake.
3:00 a.m.: Made coffee,
added water to the dogs’ dishes and let them all out (two at a time) ugh.
4:30 a.m.: Shower.
6:00 a.m.: Called mom, emails.
7:30 a.m.: Flu shot, contacted PIO, contacted facilities director.
8:00 a.m. 3 phone calls internal
9:00 a.m.-10 a.m.: Met with Library District director and staff.
10:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.: Catch up with ED Director on speech and video
10:30 a.m.: Human resources meeting
11:00 a.m.: Meeting with engineering contractor
2:00 p.m.: Human resources
4:00 p.m.: Hunt Highway Development Project Meeting
