Mattress manufacturer moves HQ to West Valley from Chicago

After opening an Arizona manufacturing plant in May 2018, global mattress producer King Koil intends to move its headquarters from a Chicago suburb to the West Valley.

By Nov. 1, King Koil’s entire executive team are expected to be working at the offices in its Avondale plant, Avondale’s assistant director of economic development Cheryl Covert told the Business Journal. The company is led by CEO David Binke.

The move brings executives closer to daily operations in its 90,000-square-foot factory.
