Villa Bellaggio is designed as a 132-acre “Italian village” concept. This application is in the preliminary review phase and has not been scheduled for a public hearing at this time, according to Yavapai County Development Services staff.

The development is requesting height variance of up to five stories, but did not specify which building or buildings would be that height. The Yavapai County standard is 35 feet. There are almost no buildings in the Verde Valley and few in Yavapai County more than three stories tall.
