A big project will change the face of Olive and 83rd avenues and is sailing along.
Construction is underway on Parc at Roundtree Ranch, a two- and three-story gated multifamily project one-half mile from Peoria City Hall.
Marketing material says it will be a 275-unit development with “excellent infill location close to major employment hubs,” to be completed in the middle of the year.
That’s just half of the planned project.
The residential project is on 83rd Avenue. Evergreen Development Company also received approval for retail construction, on the Olive Avenue side.
